Medium Duty Steel Rack Description:
1. Durable industrial powder-coating on the steel uprights, support straps, crossbeams and brackets resists rust.
2. Rugged glass fiber-reinforced nylon feet protect flooring from accidental scratches and add traction to prevent rack sliding when loading and unloading shelves
3. Each of the 4 shelves feature a total of 8 support straps between the crossbeams to prevent them from twisting or spreading under heavy loads
4. Shelf heights are fully customizable allowing each to be individually adjusted in 3 in. increments
5. Easy to assemble design comes with pre-installed horizontal and diagonal support beams on two upright

1) Semi-finished products part: Through punching and bending machines, Cold rolled steel materials are changed to columns pipes Semi-finished products; steel sheets board will be make to steel layer, brackets, back panel etc.
2) Cleaning part: We have 10 cleaning pools. Cleaning Oil pool - Water pool - Pickling pool - Water pool - Alkali washing pool - Water pool - Acid-base neutralization pool - Water pool - Phosphate pool - Water Pool
3) After cleaning process, semi-finished products will be hanging on the spraying lines to powder coated.
